- Exclusion for Food Products: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g., opened jars or partially used Helva packages).
- Return Shipping Costs: The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
- Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the unopened return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the original payment method.
